The contact form requests your name, company, state, email address, message and an optional service choice. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested services. Form entries are stored in WordPress and emailed to Align, with a copy to Hoban Consulting for website administration. The submission may also include the date, time, page address, browser information and IP address.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information or complete claim files in the general inquiry form. For an agreed project, Align may receive contractor and homeowner contact details, property and claim details, photographs, scans, sketches, measurements, drying logs, service agreements, completion records, carrier estimates and specialty bids. Provide only the information needed for the agreed work, using the transfer method confirmed by Align. Contractors must have authority to share the information they provide.
The website uses WordPress and Elementor for its pages and forms, Google Site Kit and a Google analytics tag for website measurement, Jetpack for website statistics, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.
